Wrist Mounted Dive Computers
The wrist mounted dive computer is typically the format that most divers opt for, especially if you don't intend wearing it for everyday life as well. Wrist computers have two significant benefits over their watch style equivalents, firstly the screens are much larger and easier to read and secondly, because there is so much more room inside the housing the hardware isn't as complicated to make and that makes them cheaper to manufacture.
Wrist computers are ultimately better suited for diving in colder conditions that require thick neoprene wetsuits or drysuits that compress the deeper you dive. Most wrist computers will feature a depth / compression compensating strap that will maintain the tightness of the strap as your suit becomes thinner, preventing it becoming loose and potentially losing it.
We stock the largest range of wrist computers from the top brands including Suunto, Scubapro, Aqua Lung, Shearwater and Mares.
